  • (22:00) Other tools to help kids step into joy: help them understand the journey of faith.

  • (24:35) The Proximity Principle – “in order to do what I want to do I’ve got to be around people that are doing it in places that it is happening”

  • (28:50) Don’t do dad life alone. Get around other dads who are ahead of you to ask advice.
  • (29:18) Analogy: Training for a race – running with people a little pace ahead helps us to go farther. You don’t want to be the fastest guy in the group.
