Join us for the 2021/2022 dadAWESOME MURPH 60-Day Challenge

We believe that strong dads can bring strength to their families.

We're hosting a 60-day challenge to all prepare for a MURPH workout on Saturday, February 12th. Instead of wearing the 20 lb vest, we will have our kids join us for the MURPH.

  • 1 mile run
  • 300 air squats
  • 200 pushups
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 1 mile run

We will host a SLACK group for training plans and coaching and support.

We will share more gamification to help add your kids into the MURPH experience.
