Our intentional group coaching journey provides a clear path to becoming a more present, purposeful, and passionate father. Each week builds upon the last, creating momentum that carries forward long after the program ends.

SIX DADAWESOME ACCELERATOR PROMISES

  • Weekly 60-minute Zoom sessions featuring specific challenges, gamification, and goal-setting to make the experience dynamic and engaging. Led by Jeff Zaugg and featuring guest experts, these sessions will equip you with practical tools you can implement immediately.

  • Weekly roadmaps pairing fatherhood inspiration with actionable steps. Stop wondering what to do next—we'll provide clear, intentional strategies for connecting with your kids and leading your family with purpose.

  • Concrete goal setting, weekly evaluations, and recalibrations. Each participant will have a check-in buddy to strengthen progress through brief calls or texts. This brotherhood element is what makes the Accelerator different from just consuming content.

  • A dedicated group chat providing encouragement, resource sharing, prayer, and collaboration on the go. Questions arise between sessions, and our community will be there to support you every step of the way.

  • Our group of 10 dads will collaborate on book assignments and share summaries for collective growth. Learn from the best fatherhood resources without having to read every page yourself.

  • Two bonus 40-minute Zoom sessions with leading subject matter experts, featuring open Q&A opportunities. Tap into decades of wisdom from men who have walked this path successfully.

What To Expect

DADAWESOME ACCELERATOR EXPECTATIONS

1. APPLICATION

Completing the DA Accelerator Group application is your first step. Set aside 15–20 minutes to prayerfully complete this APPLICATION.

2. ALL IN WITH 3%

Out of the 1,008 hours available over six weeks, we ask for 30 hours (just 3%) of intentional investment in becoming DadAwesome. This includes:

  • 8 hours: Group sessions

  • 12 hours: Homework

  • 10 hours: Quality one-on-one family time

3. ATTENDANCE AT WEEKLY ZOOM MEETINGS

Sessions will be held on Wednesdays, from 12:00–1:00 PM CST. Consistency in attendance creates momentum and strengthens the brotherhood.

4. ANTICIPATION-BASED MINISTRY DONATION

Peter Drucker said, "Show me your calendar and bank statement, and I'll show you what you really value." We're asking each participant to make a donation based on your anticipation of breakthrough in fatherhood. We are asking each DA Accelerator participant to commit to a minimum donation of $600 to DadAwesome for this journey. Donate what you can: $600, $800, or $1,200.

5. ASSIGNMENTS

Expect 60–100 minutes of homework weekly. Fully invest in these assignments, and you'll see returns in your own growth, your family, and your fellow dads in the group.

6. ACTIONABLE FATHERHOOD

Dedicate 60–100 minutes weekly to intentional connection with your wife and kids. Together, we'll map out practical ways to pursue deeper relationships with your family.

How much time will this really take?


We ask for 5 hours per week over six weeks—just 3% of your available time during the program. This includes our weekly sessions, homework assignments, and intentional time with your family.

I'm already busy. How will I fit this in?

What makes this different from just listening to the podcast?

Is this only for Christian dads?


The DadAwesome Accelerator is built on Christian principles of fatherhood, but we welcome dads from any background who want to grow in intentional leadership of their families.

What if I can't make all the sessions?


While consistent attendance creates the best experience, we understand life happens. Sessions are recorded for participants who occasionally need to miss, but commitment to live attendance is expected when possible.
